Polysorbate 20 is a nonionic surfactant (CAS 9005-64-5 · C₅₈H₁₁₄O₂₆). Main applications: cosmetics and personal care, fragrances and perfumery, food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing and metal surface treatment.
