Mono Propylene Glycol (MPG) is a glycol (CAS 57-55-6 · C₃H₈O₂). Main applications: cosmetics and personal care, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, flavours, animal feed and pet food, unsaturated polyester resins, paints and coatings and antifreeze and heat-transfer fluids.
